Curb Appeal Pavement Solutions LLC focuses on the maintenance side of asphalt: the work that protects pavement you have already paid for and keeps it from becoming a far more expensive replacement project.
Michigan pavement takes a beating. Freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, standing water and summer UV all attack asphalt from different directions. Our job is to slow that down with the right treatment applied at the right time — and to be candid with you about what your surface actually needs.
We work at both ends of the scale: a single residential driveway on a Saturday, or a phased maintenance program across a multi-building commercial property. The standards, prep work and communication are the same either way.
